Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You may return merchandise within 7 calendar days to return any FULL PRICED ITEM from the date you received it. All discounted items are FINAL sale. Special order furniture we do not  accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. A 50% deposit is required at the time of purchase with the balance due upon arrival. We waive the right to chargeback on purchases paid with a credit card. Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase. Merchandise paid by cash or check will be refunded by corporate check at the time of the return. 

All returned merchandise must be in "like new" condition and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required and return authorization must be obtained prior to the returning merchandise. An order cannot be canceled once it has shipped.
